Bloomfield House Fundraiser

The Bloomfield House is hosting a pasta dinner fundraiser joined with the launch of our Creative Arts Incubator, which will provide free classes in music, theatre, poetry, dance and visual arts to all those who chose to participate.

FUNDRAISER DETAILS

Saturday, October 18 at The Sandwich Teen Action Group, located at 3735 King Street, Windsor (West)

Doors at 7pm / Dinner at 7:30pm / Performances start at 8pm. 

Tickets $15 

There will also be music, art vendors and door prizes.

Huron Church Road Closure

Friends, please know that I've been dedicating every hour of every day communicating and relaying the concerns of residents and businesses to the Police, the Mayor's office, and the leadership team at City Hall regarding the ongoing national security situation along Huron Church Rd. Three very recent updates that I'd like to share are the following:  Residents in Sandwich Town taking the Central 3 will be offered free bus passes during this temporary closure; The intersection at Industrial and Northwood has been opened for east/west traffic; and Emergency Services (Fire and Ambulance) will not be delayed or affected by this closure. Police have stated and posted publicly that response times will remain the same.
